What it does:
Kehai shows your open windows, Safari tabs, apps and GitHub repositories in one searchable browser, intelligently grouped by project or task.
Privacy:
Only if you enable AI task grouping, Kehai will send the following to the AI provider you choose: app and window titles and IDs, Safari-tab titles and website URLs, recent app/window focus activity, and up to 12 small, compressed screenshots of eligible windows. Smart Search sends your query, app and window titles and IDs, Safari-tab titles and website URLs, and existing task-group names, but never screenshots or focus history. You can exclude an app from AI requests while keeping it visible in the browser, or exclude it from Kehai entirely.
Why “Kehai”?
Kehai (気配) is the sense that something is present without being seen.
Requirements:
Requires macOS 14 or newer on an Apple Silicon Mac. Intelligent task groups and Smart Search require an OpenAI or Anthropic API key.
